With over 17 years of experience in managing digital transformation, change programs, and scaling up operations, I’m here to help you achieve your goals. Whether you need assistance with project management, process improvement, or organizational change, my expertise and passion for success will ensure that your journey to success is smooth and efficient.

I started my career in the Oil & Gas and Maritime Shipping industries, taking on various roles within project management, trading and supply chain management.

During my sabbatical in 2016, I began focusing on technology. I joined mid-sized companies to expand their footprint and digitally transform their operations capabilities in Asia Pacific. I helped companies that had deep-rooted traditions in business operations to incrementally change their ways of working, achieving both efficiency and efficacy.

This unique journey led me to join and work for various start-ups and scale ups, most recently as a Head of PMO at Circles.

The post-pandemic business environment has been more volatile and unpredictable compared to the past decade; the challenges faced by many small business owners who struggled to manage their operations under increasing cost pressures.

Outside of work, I spend my free time providing pro-bono consulting to small businesses in their journey to pivot and scale operations more effectively, leveraging on the right digital tools, services and frameworks.
